Mix together cottage cheese, eggs and flour. Add cheese. Allow spinach to
thaw until it can be broken apart in chunks. Add frozen chunks to the
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons flour (for Pesach substitute matzo meal)
- 1/4 lb. cheddar cheese cubed
- 1/2 package of frozen chopped spinach
(I use the whole package)
- 2-3 tablespoons of butter
- dash of salt
Cut butter into pieces and combined with mixture. Add salt.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
