Torta of Corn
- 2 cans of puree of corn
- 2 cans of regular sweet corn (without half of the water)
- 1 cup of flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick of margarine parve
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- dash of pepper and salt
Mix all ingredients by hand and put them into a Pirex dish. Bake at 350
until ready. This a delicius torta to make on shabat evening,
it's parve.
