Torta of Corn

  • 2 cans of puree of corn
  • 2 cans of regular sweet corn (without half of the water)
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick of margarine parve
  • 2 tablespoons of baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • dash of pepper and salt
Mix all ingredients by hand and put them into a Pirex dish. Bake at 350 until ready. This a delicius torta to make on shabat evening, it's parve.
